Raffle: Cowhide Rifle Case

  1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Chuupul Leather and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Ticket Purchase: Each raffle ticket costs $10. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they wish, subject to availability.

  3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner, on May 5th.  

  4. Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

  5. Prize Claim: The winner is not required to be present to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification.

  6. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner's address within 15 days of the drawing.  The winner is responsible for shipping cost.

  7. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

  8. Cancellation: Chuupul Leather reserves the right to cancel the raffle at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation, all ticket purchases will be refunded.

  9. Liability: Chuupul Leather is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the raffle.

  10. Law: This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
