Shipping Policy
At Chuupul Leather, every piece is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are generally shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
While we make every effort to maintain this schedule, shipment dates may occasionally be adjusted due to severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Complimentary U.S. Shipping
Complimentary shipping is available on U.S. orders of $250 or more.
Orders qualifying for complimentary shipping will be shipped using the carrier and service level selected by Chuupul Leather.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once a package leaves our studio, delivery timing is determined by the shipping carrier and is outside the control of Chuupul Leather.
Tracking & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and make arrangements for the secure receipt of their package.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Chuupul Leather is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
If a delivery issue occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in opening a claim with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
Pre-Orders
Estimated delivery dates provided for pre-orders are offered in good faith based on current production schedules.
Because Chuupul products are produced in small batches, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by material availability, weather conditions, shipping delays, production schedules, or circumstances beyond our control.
Should a significant delay occur, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
Weather & Carrier Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, flooding, hurricanes, carrier disruptions, labor interruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect processing and delivery times.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations as we work to ensure your order arrives safely.
