- Orders generally process within 3–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Pre-order items ship according to the estimated production schedule shown on the product page.
- Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- Once a package has been accepted and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered packages promptly. Chuupul Leather is not responsible for loss, theft, weather exposure, or damage resulting from packages left unattended after delivery, including exposure to rain, excessive heat, or other environmental conditions.
- Tracking information is provided by email when your order ships. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and make arrangements to receive their package if they expect to be away.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.
