Chuupul Leather Return Policy

At Chuupul Leather, we are dedicated to providing premium leather goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. To facilitate a clear and fair process for returns and exchanges, please review our policy outlined below.

1. Standard Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to evaluate their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within this period.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in new or like-new condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Refund Method: All approved returns will be issued store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item.

  • Exclusions: Samples, discounted items, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Return Window: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for an exchange or store credit.

3. Pre-Order Policy

  • Order Commitment: Pre-orders are custom-made with materials procured specifically for your order. As such, pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Returns: After shipment, pre-ordered items are subject to the same return conditions as standard purchases.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and a tracking number to ensure the safe and documented return of your item.

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit promptly.
