  • Complimentary Shipping: For orders within the United States exceeding $150, we offer complimentary 2-3 day shipping.

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days before shipment.

Delivery Responsibility:

  • Post-Delivery Liability: Once an order is marked 'Delivered' and signed for, Chuupul Leather is no longer responsible for the package. We do not offer reshipments, refunds, or order reprocessing for packages delivered to the provided shipping address.
  • Customer Vigilance: Customers are encouraged to monitor shipping updates and ensure availability to receive their packages.

Backorders and Pre-orders:

  • Production Timeline: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, production times may vary. Pre-orders and backorders are typically fulfilled within 4-6 weeks.
  • Restock Updates: For updates on restocks, please refer to our website's 'Back in Stock' section or contact our office at (504) 470-0444, available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM CST.
