Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. For orders within the United States that exceed $150, we offer complimentary 2-3 day shipping.

Order Processing: We prioritize prompt order processing to ensure timely delivery. Typically, orders take approximately 3-4 business days to be processed and prepared for shipping.

Delivery Responsibility: Once orders are marked 'Delivered' and signed for, Chuupul Leather relinquishes responsibility. We do not offer reshipment, refunds, or order reprocessing for packages delivered to the provided shipping address. Customers are advised to monitor shipping updates and ensure availability to receive their ordered packages.

Backorders and Pre-orders: Given the handcrafted nature of our products, production times may vary. Typically, pre-orders and backorders are fulfilled within 4-6 weeks.
