Orders ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Processing Time

Standard processing is 3–4 business days before shipment.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, it is considered complete. We cannot replace or refund items after this point.

Since our bags are handmade, pre-orders and backorders typically take 4–6 weeks to complete.
