Care & Maintenance

What should I do if my bag gets wet?
Gently pat the leather dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally in a cool, dry space. Avoid heat, direct sunlight, or blow dryers. Once fully dry, apply a light layer of leather conditioner to restore suppleness and maintain the leather’s natural character.

How do I condition my leather?
Use a high-quality leather conditioner sparingly—a little goes a long way.
We recommend conditioning every 3–6 months, depending on climate and use.

How should I store my bag?
To preserve shape and finish:
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid plastic storage
• Use a dust bag whenever possible
• Lightly fill the interior with soft cloth when not in use

Product Support & Service

Do you offer repairs?
We do not offer in-house repairs, but we’re always happy to help you determine the best next step. Email a photo to hello@chuupul.com, and we’ll assess whether it’s a simple fix or best handled by a leather professional.

What if something breaks or comes loose?
Send us a photo and we’ll provide personalized guidance, which may include:
• Simple at-home fixes
• Replacement hardware or parts
• Recommendations for trusted repair specialists

We believe in honest support, not scripted responses.

Do your bags come with a warranty?
Chuupul Leather does not offer a formal warranty. However, if an issue arises within 14 days of delivery, we’re happy to review it on a case-by-case basis.

Can I send my bag in for evaluation?
We do not accept mail-in items. Photo evaluations allow us to provide faster, more efficient support.

Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted (such as pre-order items).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Can I make changes after placing an order?
Please contact hello@chuupul.com as soon as possible. Once an order ships, changes are no longer possible.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.  Please email us for return authorization before sending anything back.

Gift Options

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Chuupul Leather Gift Cards are available in multiple denominations and delivered instantly—perfect for travelers, design lovers, and those who prefer to choose their own journey.

Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely. Leave your message at checkout and we’ll include it at no additional charge.

Are your bags handmade?
Yes. Each piece is crafted in small batches using premium leather and thoughtful construction.

Are your bags real leather?
Every Chuupul bag is made from genuine leather sourced from skilled artisans and reputable tanneries.

Why does my bag look slightly different from the photos?
Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, tone, and markings are part of its authenticity—and part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles return, while others are produced in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces. Join our email list for early access to restocks and new drops.

Custom Requests & Special Orders

Do you offer custom bags?
Limited custom work may be available depending on the season and production schedule. Email us with your idea and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I request engraving or personalization?
Select styles offer engraving or personalization when available. Details are always listed on the product page.
