How do I condition my leather?

Use a high-quality leather conditioner sparingly. A little goes a long way.
Condition every 3–6 months, depending on climate and usage.

How should I store my bag?

Store in a cool, dry place.
Avoid plastic.
Use a dust bag whenever possible.
Fill the interior with soft cloth to help maintain shape.

Do you offer repairs?

While we do not provide in-house repairs, we’re happy to guide you toward the best next step.

Do your bags come with a warranty?

Chuupul Leather does not offer a formal warranty.
However, if you experience an issue within 14 days of receiving your bag, we are happy to evaluate the situation case-by-case.

Can I send my bag in for evaluation?

We do not accept mail-in items, but photo evaluations allow us to offer quick and helpful support.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-order items).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Once your item ships, we’re unable to adjust the order.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
