Chuupul Leather Return Policy

At Chuupul Leather, every piece is crafted with intention. Many of our bags are produced in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind releases and cannot be replicated once sold.

We stand behind our craftsmanship — and we ask that purchases be made thoughtfully.

Please review our policy below. 

1. Standard Returns (Full-Price Items)

Return Window
Full-price items may be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused, in new condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus original shipping costs.

Because many Chuupul pieces are limited releases, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchase. If you have questions before ordering, we are happy to assist at hello@chuupul.com. 

2. Limited Editions & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Many Chuupul designs are produced in small batches or as one-of-one releases.  If returned, these pieces must meet the same unused condition requirements. Due to their limited nature, restocking approval is subject to inspection. 

3. Sale & Discounted Items

All sale, promotional, sample, or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

4. Pre-Orders & Custom Production

Pre-orders are handcrafted specifically for you. Materials are secured and production begins based on your confirmed order.

For this reason:

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
• Once delivered, pre-orders are eligible for store credit only, if returned in new condition within 14 days.

We appreciate your understanding as we produce intentionally, not in mass volume. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@chuupul.com with your order number and photos.

We will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
