What We Do Not Provide

To maintain the integrity of our small-batch production, we do not offer:

  • Warranty on wear-and-tear

  • Restoration of heavily used or altered items

This allows us to focus on crafting the high-quality, handmade pieces our customers love. 

Caring for Your Leather

To extend the life of your Chuupul bag:

  • Condition your leather periodically

  • Avoid prolonged moisture or direct sun exposure

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Use a protective dust bag whenever possible

For best results, we recommend a high-quality leather conditioner applied sparingly.
