Is every bag handmade?

Yes.

Every Chuupul Leather piece is individually handcrafted in limited production runs. Small variations are a natural result of genuine craftsmanship and contribute to the uniqueness of every item.

Why doesn’t my bag look exactly like the photographs?

Because genuine leather is a natural material.

Every hide has its own grain, texture, color variation, healed scars, wrinkles, and natural markings.

Product photographs are representative. The piece you receive will naturally vary slightly, making it uniquely yours.

Will my leather bag scratch or change over time?

Yes—and that’s part of its beauty.

Full-grain leather develops character through everyday use. Minor scuffs often blend naturally over time, while the leather gradually softens and develops a rich patina.

Rather than wearing out, quality leather develops a story.

How do I care for my leather bag?

Leather care is simple.

• Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or standing water.
• Avoid overstuffing to help maintain its shape.
• Apply a quality leather conditioner once or twice each year, or as needed.

With proper care, your Chuupul Leather piece is designed to last for many years.

What is a pre-order?

Many Chuupul Leather products are offered through limited production runs.

A pre-order reserves production time and materials specifically for your item before it is handcrafted.

Estimated production timelines are provided on each product page and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Why are some products sold out?

We intentionally produce in small batches rather than mass quantities.

Many collections are released in limited numbers, and some designs may not return once they sell out.

If you find a piece you love, we recommend purchasing while it is available.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders typically ship within 3–4 business days.

Orders are generally shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

Pre-orders ship according to the estimated production timeline listed on the product page.

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my order?

Approved returns are issued as store credit.

Because every Chuupul Leather piece is handcrafted in small batches, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and our Customer Agreement before placing an order.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds to the original payment method are not part of our standard return policy.

Approved returns are generally issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law or approved at Chuupul Leather’s discretion.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong item
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Personal preference
• Size or fit expectations

What if the bag is larger or smaller than I expected?

Every product page includes detailed dimensions to help you choose the right size.

We encourage customers to review measurements carefully before ordering.

Returns based on size expectations are not eligible under our standard return policy.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph:

• The shipping box
• The shipping label
• All packaging materials
• The product

Then contact our Customer Experience team within 3 days of delivery.

We’ll review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find my package.

We recommend:

• Checking around your property
• Asking household members or neighbors
• Contacting the shipping carrier

Once a shipment has been confirmed as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

What if my package is damaged by rain or weather after delivery?

Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered packages promptly.

Chuupul Leather is not responsible for damage caused by weather, theft, or other environmental conditions after a package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Do you offer custom orders?

Unless specifically stated on a product page, Chuupul Leather does not offer custom orders or design modifications.

Occasionally, we may offer personalization or monogramming on select products.
